Compressed Air Unit for IHC Handling Systems

Oktober 2008 - Holugt Sauer delivers complete unit to feed a Jacking Unit of ICH Handling Systems.

Early 2008 Holugt Sauer received the enquiry for a number of 40 bar compressors to feed a Compressed Air Unit. This unit was to feed a Jacking Unit if IHC-Handling Systems. After having offered was asked whether we could offer the complete unit comprising 2 pcs Sauer WP311L aircooled compressors and a standby Sauer WP33L aircooled compressor plus 2 refrigerating dryers, a 3000 Liter 40 bar Vessel, a large pressure reducer, a filter an a 4-fold manifold. All built on a skid fitting inside a container to be able to transport.

When receiving the order we had to deliver in very short time and Sauer was not able to deliver a complete skid, because of many orders. After short hesitation we decided to do the building in our own competence. We shared engineering and the building of skid and components and electrical installation externally. The IHC Jacking Unit will be transported in a container to Australia for the first job.
