Haug Pluto Series: t/m 61 bar


The HAUG.Pluto series is used for gas recovery and booster compression of gases such as helium, SF6, oxygen and nitrogen, as well as for booster compression of compressed air.


On HAUG.Pluto compressors, the electric motor is located in the gas compartment. The power supply to the
electric motor via a gas-tight connection in the crankcase. This hermetically sealed and completely wear-free drive was first used in HAUG.Pluto in 1990 and can be used for suction pressures up to 21 bar (abs).

Block versions of the HAUG.Pluto compressor are also available for OEM applications, without piping or instrumentation, for piping and instrumentation for integration into an OEM system. The modular HAUG.Pluto compressor concept allows highly individual and cost-effective adaptation of the compressor configuration to customer requirements. This enables the development of technically, commercially and energy-efficient solutions.
The HAUG.Pluto compressor cannot be used for applications in potentially explosive atmospheres, e.g,
according to the ATEX directive.
